Coast to Coast Homes Canada is a real estate development and investment company headquartered in Moncton, New Brunswick. Founded in 2017 by Colin Ernst and Nicole Fiore, the company builds and operates a 150-door portfolio spanning Ontario, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and British Columbia.

Our Story

Built by investors who've lived it coast to coast.

Colin Ernst grew up on the East Coast in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Nicole Fiore is from Ontario. They met in Montreal, lived in Vancouver, got married in PEI, and eventually put down roots in Moncton, New Brunswick, exploring and falling in love with this country at every stop.

That journey is more than a name. It shaped how they see real estate: not as a transaction, but as a way to put good people into good homes and build something that lasts.
