Three Ways to Participate in Longview

Option 01 · Phase 1 - Construction Underway 1st or 2nd Position Mortgage

Longview Phase 1 is already under construction. Secure a first or second position mortgage on an active build. Registered funds eligible through Olympia Trust. 12-month term.

Option 02 · Phase 2 - Starting Mid-April 1st Position on Raw Land

Get in at the ground level. First position mortgage on Longview Phase 2 raw land. Registered funds eligible through Olympia Trust. 12-month term.

Option 03 · Both Phases Available Unsecured Lending

Cash or registered funds welcome. These funds support early construction costs and carry the project to its first draw. 12-month term.

Rates and loan amounts are discussed directly. Formal appraisals are underway for Phase 2.

Q4 2025 was the property's strongest quarter of the year. After Q3 included significant planned maintenance - elevator, windows, floors, and fire safety - Q4 returned to normalized expenses with no major or unexpected items. Revenue grew consistently every quarter throughout 2025, and the asset entered 2026 fully occupied, well-reserved, and in excellent condition - and continues to perform accordingly.
