Why "Coast to Coast"?
Colin Ernst is from Halifax, Nova Scotia, East Coast born and raised. Nicole Fiore grew up in Ontario. They met in Montreal, lived in Vancouver, got married in PEI, and eventually settled in Moncton, New Brunswick. Together, they've explored and fallen in love with this country from one end to the other.
That's not just a name. It's the DNA of how they approach real estate. They've seen communities across Canada, understood what people need, and built a portfolio that reflects a genuine belief in this country's potential.
Colin literally drove coast to coast with his best friend years ago. That journey shaped his view that Canada is full of natural beauty, exceptional communities, and real opportunity if you approach it with patience, purpose, and the right partners.
Since 2017, that conviction has grown into a 150-door portfolio spanning Ontario, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and British Columbia.

Headquartered in Moncton, New Brunswick. The name reflects their journey and their commitment to building across this country with care and intention.

Early acquisitions across New Brunswick begin the multi-province strategy. Joint ventures and private lending partnerships bring trusted investors into the fold.
Truro Development Begins
Active development launches in Truro, Nova Scotia: single-family homes, duplexes, and townhomes built to address real housing need in a growing community. Early phases deliver results that set the foundation for what comes next.
Deep River Acquisition
A 32-unit apartment building on the Ottawa River in Deep River, Ontario, the flagship asset, a long-term hold that demonstrates the C2C approach at full scale.

Colin leads operations, finance, and strategy at Coast to Coast. He built the operational infrastructure that runs a real estate portfolio spanning four Canadian provinces, a system disciplined enough to scale and grounded enough to be trusted. His approach: acquire right, manage well, and never lose sight of the long game.
Nicole Fiore
Nicole shapes the brand, investor relationships, and vision that ties everything together. She brings an instinct for what matters: to investors, to communities, and to the people who live in the homes C2C builds. Marketing copy, communications, and the C2C voice all go through Nicole before they go anywhere else.
Judy Lea
Judy keeps the operation running with clarity and precision. With 30+ years of administrative experience, she built the AI-powered back office system that runs the C2C portfolio and now offers that same infrastructure to other investors through The Core Install. She is the reason this operation works as well as it does.
